Welcome to our website and/or mobile app. This site is maintained as a service to our customers. By using this site and/or mobile app, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please review these terms and conditions carefully. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you should not use this site and/or mobile app. 

•  Agreement. This Term of Use agreement ("the "Agreement") specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of Inmigra USA (the "Site"), Inmigra Case Tracker (the “App”) and describe the terms and conditions applicable to your access of and use of the Site and App. This Agreement may be modified at any time by INMIGRA USA LLC upon posting of the modified Agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. You can view the most recent version of these terms at any time at www.inmigrausa.com. Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement. 
• Privacy. Your visit to our site is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy at www.inmigrausa.com/privacy-policy. 
• Ownership. All content included on this site is and shall continue to be property of INMIGRA USA LLC or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, patent, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content or any part of the Site is prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of this Site and/or App. 
•  Intended Audience. This website and/or mobile app is intended for adults only. This website and/or mobile app is not intended for any children under the age of 13. 
•  Trademarks. INMIGRA trademark, IMIGRA USA, the INMIGRA USA logo mark, and others are either trademarks or registered trademarks of INMIGRA USA LLC. Other product and company names mentioned on this Site and/or App may be trademarks of their respective owners. 
•  Site and App Use. INMIGRA USA LLC grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use this site and/or app solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on the site and/or app, reverse engineer or break into the site, or use materials, products, or services in violation of any law. The use of this website is at the discretion of INMIGRA USA LLC and INMIGRA USA LLC may terminate your use of this website and/or mobile app at any time. 
•  Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of the website and/or mobile app. You further agreed that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge. 
•  Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold INMIGRA USA LLC and our partners, employees, and affiliates, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of the Site and/or App. 
•  Disclaimer. THE INFORMATION ON THIS SITE AND/OR APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF THIS SITE AND/OR APP IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. INMIGRA USA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE AND/OR APP. 
•  Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL INMIGRA USA LLC BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SITE AND/OR APP, YOUR SITE AND/OR APP USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR APP AND/OR CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR SITE AND/OR APP USE.  You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, the exclusions or limitations in this Agreement that directly conflict with such laws may not apply to you. 
• Use of Information. INMIGRA USA LLC reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding sites and or app uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy, Copyrights, and Copyright Agent. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please provide a notice containing all the following information to our Copyright Agent:

• Applicable Law. You agree that the laws of the state of Florida, without regard to conflicts of INMIGRA USA LLC law’s provisions will govern these Terms and Condition of Use and any dispute that may arise between you and INMIGRA USA LLC or its affiliates. 
• Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect. 
• Waiver. The failure of InmigraUSA to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by INMIGRA USA LLC must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of INMIGRA USA LLC 
• Termination. INMIGRA USA LLC may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason. 
• Relationship of the Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement, or your use of the Site and/or App shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint ventures, employee, or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions. 
• Entire Agreement. This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and INMIGRA USA LLC and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the Site and/or App, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and INMIGRA USA LLC with respect to this Site. Not withstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use the website. INMIGRA USA LLC may revise this Terms of Use at any time by updating this Agreement and posting it on the Site. Accordingly, you should visit the Site and/or App and review the Terms of Use periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your continued use of this website after any changes have been made to the Terms of Use signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes or amendments to the Terms of Use. 
• Purchases: to acquire any product or service offered through the Service ("Purchase"), you can proceed by completing an order form and making payment. 
• During the purchase process, you'll be required to furnish specific information relevant to your Purchase, including your name, credit card details (such as card number, expiration date, and CVV number), billing address, and shipping information. 
• By providing this information, you affirm and warrant that: 
• (i) you have the legal authority to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) for the Purchase; and 
• (ii) the information provided is accurate, truthful, and complete. 
• Please note that for secure payment processing and efficient order fulfillment, we may enlist the services of trusted third-party providers. By submitting your information, you consent to us sharing this data with such reputable third parties, subject to our Privacy Policy. 
• Paid Service by INMIGRA USA LLC In addition to our core complimentary features, INMIGRA USA LLC offers a range of services available for either one-time payment or subscription on a monthly, tri-monthly, semi-annual, or annual basis (referred to as the “Paid Service”). These services may be accessed either through reputable third-party mobile platform providers (such as Apple or Google) or directly through INMIGRA USA LLC and its trusted third-party payment processor. 
• By selecting a Paid Service, you acknowledge and agree to remit to INMIGRA USA LLC the applicable usage or subscription fees (the “Fees”) outlined for that specific service. Additionally, you consent to providing INMIGRA USA LLC with a valid payment method, from which Fees will be automatically charged as they come due. 
• These Fees will be applied on the day your Paid Service is initiated and will cover your use of the service for the designated period. You may be eligible for a trial period for a subscription to an INMIGRA USA LLC Service, offered for a limited duration. You retain the freedom to cancel a trial subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings, or via the INMIGRA USA LLC mobile app or website by managing your subscriptions accordingly. Please note: unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial period ends, your trial subscription will automatically transition to a paid subscription. For subscriptions initiated through a third-party mobile platform provider, such as through the platform itself or in-app, you retain the right to cancel your subscription at any time by following the instructions provided by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, or through your Apple or Android account settings. If your subscription was directly obtained through an INMIGRA USA LLC mobile app or website, you can cancel it at any time by logging in and managing your subscriptions accordingly. 
• All cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the ongoing billing period. For example, if you have a monthly subscription starting on the first of the month and cancel midway through, the cancellation becomes effective at the end of that month. Please note: refunds for paid subscriptions are not provided once the billing period has commenced. 
• By subscribing to a service, you agree to recurring monthly, tri-monthly, semi-annual, or annual charges until you terminate your subscription. The monthly charge will be the prevailing subscription fee for the chosen Paid Service. You acknowledge that the recurring charge may increase if the applicable subscription fee rises. Paid Service Fees are non-refundable and are not prorated. Cancellation or reduction in service does not exempt you from paying Fees owed for the period before the effective date of cancellation or reduction. 
• Subscription to any INMIGRA USA LLC Service will automatically renew. 
• Upon completing your registration and providing payment information, or at the end of your trial period if not canceled 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the specified subscription amount for the next period. 
• By agreeing to these terms, you authorize automatic billing and agree to pay the associated charges. Renewal payment is processed using the same billing cycle as your current subscription. 
• Subscription fees are subject to change at any time as permitted by law. Your subscription and monthly billing will continue until you cancel. Certain INMIGRA USA LLC features are available for one-time purchase without recurring subscriptions. Payment for such purchases may be processed through a third-party mobile platform provider (such as Apple or Google). 
• Residents of the European Union typically have a right to cancel online purchases within 14 days. Please note: if you reside in the European Union and purchase an INMIGRA USA LLC Paid Service through a mobile platform provider (e.g., Apple or Google), you may not be able to cancel your order or obtain a refund. Review the terms of the mobile platform provider before purchasing. If your payment method fails or your account becomes overdue, INMIGRA USA LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Paid Service. Such action will result in the cancellation of any ongoing promotional programs associated with your Paid Service. 
• Any disputes regarding charges to your account must be submitted in writing to INMIGRA USA LLC within sixty (60) days of the charge; failure to do so will waive your right to dispute the charge, and it will be considered final. The Paid Service may involve the publication of advertising or website/mobile content provided by you (the “Paid Service Content”). You retain all rights to, and are solely responsible for, the Paid Service Content posted on the Service. By providing the Paid Service Content, you grant INMIGRA USA LLC, our affiliates, third-party service providers, and subcontractors a non-exclusive, fully-paid, perpetual, royalty-free, transferable, revocable, worldwide license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute the Paid Service Content (in whole or in part) for the purpose of providing the Service
